Kuala Lumpur, 16 January 2019 – Allianz Malaysia was recognised at the recent National Contact Centre Awards 2018, taking home three awards. The insurer won silver in the Best Customer Relationship Management for Contact Centre and merit for Best Innovative Adoption Award while employee Ivy Erny Ibrahim won silver for Best Contact Centre HR Support Specialist.

The National Contact Centre Awards 2018 is an annual event by the Contact Centre Association of Malaysia which honours members of the Malaysian Customer Relationship Management and Contact Centre industry who strived to bring customer experience to the next level.
