In an effort to boost professionalism of the agency force, LIAM and MTA jointly organised a workshop on 9 December 2019 at Sasana Kijang, Kuala Lumpur to discuss on the draft framework to further enhance agents’ professionalism.

The workshop was attended by 48 participants consisting of heads of Training Department of member companies from LIAM and MTA and representatives from The Malaysian Insurance Institute (MII), NAMLIFA, Consumer and Market Conduct Department of BNM, Insurance Development Department of BNM and the Finance Accreditation Agency (FAA).
