How do I subscribe to the INSURANCE e-magazine?

The e-magazine can be subscribed online at https://www.insurance.com.my/publications-newsroom/insurance-magazine OR https://miipublications.com.my/subscription-form/.

If you are already an MII Member, use the login credentials shared to you by MII’s Membership Unit.

If I am not an MII member, can I view the full e-magazine?

Yes, you can by subscribing to the e-magazine.

You can subscribe online at https://www.insurance.com.my/publications-newsroom/insurance-magazine OR https://miipublications.com.my/subscription-form/.MII Members can view the full e-magazine for FREE.You are encouraged to become a member to enjoy special discounts and other benefits.

How do I view the full magazine?

The INSURANCE Magazine is a member-only privilege. You must be a member to view the full e-magazine.

As a member of MII, you can view the full e-magazine by logging into www.miipublications.com.my using the Username and Password emailed to you by MII’s Membership Unit.

If you have not received your access credentials, please notify the Membership Unit at [email protected].

Are my personal details protected? Will you share my details to any other third party companies?

All customer information is strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.

If I am not an MII member, can I make purchases from e-Shop?

Yes.

You are encouraged to become a member to enjoy special discounts and other benefits.

How do I know if my order is success?

After you have successfully undergone the Checkout process, you will be given your order number. At this point, the order is not confirmed yet as we need to first run internal security and finance checking.

Once your order is confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you have provided. The email contains:
• Your order number
• The total order amount
• The number of item(s) ordered
• Your billing address and delivery address

How do I track my order?

We will be in touch with you as soon as we begin processing your confirmed order. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the completion of the delivery process.

The courier tracking number will be shared to you upon request.

How do I make payment to my purchases?

  • You can pay via Direct transfer and PayPal.

  • Details of payment options are available upon Checkout.

How is the shipping charges calculated?

  • No shipping charges applied (Free Shipping) for domestic orders.

  • For international orders, please submit your inquiries to [email protected].

Are there any tariffs for international shipments?

  • We will declare dutiable goods in accordance with its actual price.

  • Each country has its import tariff provision. When the goods arrive in the country of import, that country will approve the tariff of the goods based on their category and value.

  • The customs authority of each country reserves the right to conduct a random inspection and approve the tariff of the goods according to local regulations.

  • If the country carries out a sample inspection of the goods, the consumer will be responsible for incidental expenses incurred.

If the recipient fails to collect the goods ordered, then he/she will be responsible for the loss resulting from related expenses, the destruction of the goods, or the return of the goods

My payment was successful, but I did not get any order confirmation. What do I do?

  • Once payment is successful, an automated email confirmation will be sent to your email Inbox.

  • If you did not receive any email, please check your Spam and Junk folders.

The books/items will be delivered to your doorstep by courier service.
