Overview of May and September 2018 Examination Session Result Performance

The second and third examination sessions for the AMII new framework; i.e AMII Level 1 and Level 2 were conducted on 19, 22, 23, and 24 May and 22, 25, 26 and 27 September 2018 respectively.

A total of 278 candidates registered for 2018 AMII Level 1 and Level 2 May examination session of which 270 or 97% candidates sat for the examination as compared to a total of 266 candidates registered for 2018 AMII Level 1 and Level 2 September examination session of which 266 or 100% candidates sat for the examinations

18 subjects registered for May examination session whilst 19 subjects were registered for September examination session.

The overall average passing rate of 67% for May examination session and 80% for September 2018 examination session.

September 2018 examination session – AMII Level 1

A total of 202 candidates registered of which 202 or 100% candidates sat for the examinations. The overall average passing rate was 79% or 159 candidates who sat for the examinations passed. The details result performance by subject and examiner’s feedback are as follows:

September 2018 examination session – AMII Level 2

A total of 64 candidates registered of which 64 or 100% candidates sat for the examinations. The overall average passing rate was 83% or 53 candidates who sat for the examinations passed. The details result performance by subject and examiner’s feedback are as follows:

May 2018 examination session – AMII Level 1

A total of 198 candidates registered of which 192 or 97% candidates sat for the examinations. The overall average passing rate was 65% or 125 candidates who sat for the examinations passed. The details result performance by subject and examiner’s feedback are as follows:
